Terms & Conditions - SuesArt.nl

1. General

These general terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via the webshop SuesArt.nl. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

2. Offer and pricing

  • All products and services are clearly described on the product pages, including the price.
  • Prices are in Euro (€) , including VAT, unless stated otherwise.
  • SuesArt.nl reserves the right to change prices, but this does not apply to orders that have already been placed and confirmed.

3. Payment terms

  • All orders are to be payed in advance using the available payment methods in the webshop (iDeal, credit card, PayPal and Apple Pay via Mollie).
  • Payment is securely processed via Mollie.

4. Delivery

  • Greeting cards, art prints and orignal artwork are sent using regular mail or parcel services.
  • Custom animal portraits are produced upon receipt of a 50% deposit and the necessary information from the customer. Upon completion the artwork is sent upon receipt of full payment.
  • The delivery time in The Netherlands is 1–2 working days. The delivery time to other countries can be anywhere between 2 to 14 working days. or In the case of custom work it is mutally agreed upon when the artwork will be sent.

5. Returns and cancellations

  • Return policy and refunds are handled via our Return policy page.
  • Greeting cards and prints can be returned within 30 days if they are unused and in original condition.
  • Original artworks and custom-made products (such as animal portraits) cannot be returned or cancelled, unless there is a defect or error on the part of SuesArt.nl.

6. Warranty and liability

  • SuesArt.nl strives for high-quality products and services.
  • Liability for damages is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
  • SuesArt.nl is not liable for damage caused by the improper use of products or by shipping via postal services.

7. Intellectual property

  • All images, designs, and texts on SuesArt.nl are protected by copyright.
  • It is not permitted to copy, reproduce, or use images, prints, or text from the webshop for commercial purposes without written permission.

8. Privacy

  • Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy policy of SuesArt.nl.

9. Force Majeure

  • SuesArt.nl is not liable for delays or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions, postal issues, or pandemics.

10. Applicable law

  • On all orders and agreements, Dutch law is applied.
  • Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
