General<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These general terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via the webshop <strong>SuesArt.nl<\/strong>. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Offer and pricing<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All products and services are clearly described on the product pages, including the price.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prices are in <strong>Euro (\u20ac)<\/strong> , including VAT, unless stated otherwise.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>SuesArt.nl reserves the right to change prices, but this does not apply to orders that have already been placed and confirmed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Payment terms<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All orders are to be <strong>payed in advance<\/strong> using the available payment methods in the webshop (iDeal, credit card, PayPal and Apple Pay via Mollie).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payment is securely processed via Mollie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Delivery<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Greeting cards, art prints and orignal artwork<\/strong> are sent using regular mail or parcel services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Custom animal portraits<\/strong> are produced upon receipt of a 50% deposit and the necessary information from the customer. Upon completion the artwork is sent upon receipt of full payment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The delivery time in The Netherlands is 1\u20132 working days. The delivery time to other countries can be anywhere between 2 to 14 working days. or In the case of custom work it is mutally agreed upon when the artwork will be sent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Returns and cancellations<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Return policy and refunds are handled via our <strong>R<a href=\"https:\/\/suesart.nl\/en\/terugbetaalde-retourneringen\/\">eturn policy page<\/a><\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Greeting cards and prints can be returned within 30 days if they are unused and in original condition.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Original artworks and custom-made products (such as animal portraits) cannot be returned or cancelled, unless there is a defect or error on the part of SuesArt.nl.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Warranty and liability<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>SuesArt.nl strives for high-quality products and services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Liability for damages is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>SuesArt.nl is not liable for damage caused by the improper use of products or by shipping via postal services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Intellectual property<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All images, designs, and texts on SuesArt.nl are protected by copyright.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It is not permitted to copy, reproduce, or use images, prints, or text from the webshop for commercial purposes without written permission.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Privacy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Personal data is processed in accordance with the <strong>Pri<a href=\"https:\/\/suesart.nl\/en\/privacy-policy\/\">vacy policy<\/a><\/strong> of SuesArt.nl.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Force Majeure<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>SuesArt.nl is not liable for delays or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions, postal issues, or pandemics.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10.
